Everton agrees £25m deal with Chelsea for Romelu Lukaku
Lukaku spent last season on loan to Everton scoring 15 EPL goals for the toffees. He was due to return to Chelsea this season but he it appears the player has opted to return to Everton where he is much appreciated by the coach and fans.
