Chelsea have set to complete the signing of Veteran striker for a fee of  £6.3m
The 23-year-old is reportedly going to agree a four-year deal with the Blues.

But Kramaric, on signing for Chelsea, will be immediately loaned out for the rest of the season at Dutch side Vitesse.
