Chelsea are increasingly confident of signing the AS Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic this summer.
The Bosnia and Herzegovina midfielder has been in top form throughout the campaign, as he currently has the most assists in Serie A this season.
It’s understood that the 26-year-old was in London to hold talks with the club after Antonio Conte was announced as the next long-term manager for the club on Monday.

Chelsea are reportedly braced to offer the Roma midfielder a three-year deal with over a £65.000-per-week salary at Stamford Bridge.
Conte is also looking for two other Giallorossi players to add to his new squad; Radja Nainggolan and Kostas Manolas.
