To check if your site/ blog is already indexed visit the search engine and type site: domain.com or site: yourblogname.blogger.com
Example site:afriwap.com

If you get results pertaining to your site/blog then you have no problem, it has already been indexed.
But if you get no results... Then you have to submit your Site/ Blog for indexing..

HOW DO I DO THAT?
For Google
Its quite easy, visit https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url



FIll the form, Enter your site/Blog url then fill the Captcha.
Thats all!!!

After submitting, it could take at least 24hours before your sites/blog content begin to show in google's search engine result.
