I am a very big fan of Football Manager and i play it like #Everyday
Bringing the best out of a naturally good player might not be an easy task considering the type of formation
you use.

In my FM 15 (Football manager 15) i use Chelsea and Eden Hazard has been my best player so far.
winning the World player of the year about 2 times, average rating of 8.5
He scores and does assist in almost every match

Using Eden Hazard as a Shadow Striker (Attack) gives him the freedom to dribble and score at any time

Here is the formation i used for him.

Striker: D. Costa
Role: Deep Lying Striker Support

Midfield (Attacking): Eden Hazard
Role: Shadow striker Attack

Left wing: Ramires / Shurrle
Role: Support

Right wing: Willian
Role: Support

Center Midfield: C. Fabregas
Role: Automatic

Defensive Midfield: N. Matic
Role: Defend

Left Back: C. Azpilicueta
Role: Automatic

Right Back: Ivanovic
Role: Defend

Center Back: J. Terry
Role: Defend

Center Back: G. Cahill
Role: Defend

Goal Keeper: T. Courtois / P. Cech

Playing Instructions
Retain Possession
Exploit the Middle
Work ball in box
Much higher Tempo
