Finally i think i have found a fix for this career ish.

Follow the steps below
Download the attachment below.
Extract all file to FIFA 14 Directory/Game/data/db/**Extract Here**

ex : C:/Program Files/Fifa 14/Game/data/db/**Extract Here**

Note : Backup your database before trying this

Download Db.rar here

Try using the official squad update: Download HEre
To install – Inzip all files to My Documents/FIFA 14 folder
– Start FIFA 14, go to Team Management menu, select to load the squads file.

I have tried now official squad update ,and your fix and everything. Still freaking crashing :( and when im trying to load squads ,it tells me that its damaged.. any other solution or ? I really want these rosters :(

this uploaded db has bugs itself!
there is no ball in the kick off and some players got no head!

sorry dude, another question!
you said we must choose "own rosters" in the career, but I didn't see it in the new career options, there were only "current customized" and "default".
might I have done a wrong procedure?
