Apple has just announced its new iphone 6 and iphone 6 plus like it was last year.
 From specs to features, screen size and its release date here's what you must know.
 Since ipad was launched in 2010, the cupertino, calif based tech giant has been enjoying the success of its iphone.
 On tuesday it was finally released.
 Apple's chief executive Tim Cook took the stage on at the company's home ground to announce, among various hardware/software nuggets, two brand new iphone smartphones in different sizes.
 The iphone 6 has a 4.7inch display, while the iphone 6 plus (the brother) is a 5.5inch model.
 The iphone 6 was produced differently, with three different memory types: 16gb, 64gb, and 128gb, making each worth $199, $299 and $399 respectively, on a two year contract.
 The iphone 6 plus is costly because of its increased capabilities, $299 for 16gb, $399 for 64gb and $499 for 128gb on a two year contract.
 Device Colors: Gold, Silver, and Space Gray.
 Pre-orders will start on september 12 and Apple will ship devices as at September 19.
 The latest version of its operating mobile operating system iOS 8 will be released FREE on September 17. It is also available on the 4S and later, Pad 2 and Pad mini and later, and the 5th generation iPod touch.
 The iPhone 5S will start at $99, while the 5C will be free.
Below is what the iPhone 6 & 6 plus contains

 A brand new Style & Design: The iPhone 6 comes with a new rounder, larger, and easier to grip (hold with the hands). It has a 6.9mm thick shell, and 7.1mm for the iPhone 6 Plus. Both devices are thinner and lighter than the iPhone 5.
 Larger Display: The iPhone 6 come with a Retina HD display, about 2x the resolution of the iPhone 5 display. At 1,334 x 750 resolution (or 326 pixels-per-inch) for the iPhone 6, and 1,920 x 1080 resolution for the iPhone Plus, the new smartphones have more than 2million and 3million pixels, respectively.
 64-bit A8 chip: The two smartphones contains the next generation A8 chip, that has 2 billion transistors, double that of the first-generation A7 chip.
 M8 co-processor: Its a new processor that works with the mainchip to measure motion data without draining battery life continously. The M8 co-processor is designed to carry out heavy tasks. It can also figure out elevation such as the height of stairs/flight. It is equipped with a sensor called the BaroMeter, which measures elevation from air pressure.
Advanced 8-Mega pixel Camera

 With a new few additions like an improved sensor. The new tone flash changes color depending on surrounding lighting and images should come with greater noise reduction tech. it has an auto-focus twice as fast as before, the executives said. Paranomic photos now go up to 43 mega pixels in size. The iPhone 6 plus, however, comes with optical image stabilization.
NFC (Near-field communications) for mobile payments

 The iPhone 6 will be equipped with a mobile payment feature, this is because of a near-range wireless chip that allows users to pay for low-priced products from their devices.
Better Battery

 Apple's Phil Schiller said “the new devices will be as good as, if not better than the iPhone 5s” you can be sure of 11 hours of video watching + wifi browsing, and about 14 hours of video and browsing on the iPhone 6 plus.
Bolt/Faster Networking, LTE

 The Next-generation speeds are now up to about 150 Mbps, compared to th older models which speed where 100 Mbps. The iPhone 6 and 6 plus also come with a 802.11ac for faster home and office speeds.
 In the latest version of the iOS 8, which comes in two unique models, the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus, we have:
Apple Pay

 This is a new payment system using the also new NFC chip, will allow users to pay for low priced products (not costly products) from their devices, integrating with Touch ID and passbook. Users can now add a new card from iTunes or by doing a simple task similar to scanning a bar code for BBM, but users can scan their card with the camera.
Health Kit

 Imagine you need medical attention? The Health Kit can help out. It provides links to doctors and hospitals and can work with thirdparty apps. It works Seamlessly with Apple watch.
Wifi Calling

 You can now also make calls using Wifi, its carrier supported, you can make use of either home/work Wifi networks, and its supported only in the US by T-Mobile and UK by EE.

 These gives you the option to switch between devices, you can "handoff" to your iphone or ipad, running iOS 8, so long as you are within a close range. It will work for thirdparty apps offering support.
iCloud Drive

 Any iPhone or iPads running the new iOS 8 software will have its own dedicated app for browsing in iCloud, just like the cloud-based file manager.
Third-party keyboards and QuickType

 It has a new predictive typing suggestions for words, allowing users to type and chat faster than before. It uses context suggestions, different styles and patterns of writing are predictive based on who you are typing to or contacting.
 Additional and third-party keyboard support will also come with iOS, making way for major alternatives such as SwiftKey.
Interactive notifications

 Users can now slide down from a notify alert and reply there and then without having to minimise or leave the app you're in.
iMessage for Text messaging

 The Traditional SMS messages will now synchronise across other devices from iMessage, including Mac OS
Enterprise features

 iOS 8 includes a number of enterprise focused and manageable features including the Device Enrollment Program which sets your iPhone device automatically like apps, contacts and more. It also includes per-message S/MIME, VIP message threads that display on the lock screen, and also increased security, and third-party document providers.
