Cucumbers belong to the same plant family as pumpkin and watermelon. Made up of 95% of water, cucumbers are low in fat, calories, cholesterol and sodium. One cup of cucumber provides 11% of vitamin K and 4% of vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, and manganese among other essential nutrients. Plus, cucumbers contain unique polyphenols and other compounds that may help reduce your risk of chronic diseases!..

      1. Cucumbers are good for your skin
          When used topically, cucumber has a cooling and soothing effect that decreases swelling, irritation, and
