While many individuals tend to sleep at varying hours from day to day, many of us have a set time we have destined and directed to our peaceful slumber for a good night of sleep. However, there are some things that can get in the way of a good, restful sleep. Here are a list of things you should always avoid prior to going to bed to help you get the best sleep possible.

1.Avoid drinking a cup of coffee

There are several different results of coffee on our bodies and really many people might have the precise opposite effect( drinking coffee makes you feel sleepy). for most people, coffee is one thing that will probably wake you up and stop you from sleeping. Whenever you take a sip of coffee, keep in mind that the heartbeat increases, arterial blood vessels tighten, as well as your mind races at this type of fast pace that you can not relax.

2. Avoid taking alcohol

However, the main one factor you are to avoid before you go to bed is inviting your pet or animal into bed along with you to rest. The explanation is the fact that when you are asleep, your pet can get up, scratch, claw, or move about which could in turn lead to you waking up prematurely. If you feel like keeping your pets close, invite your pets to settle in another part of the house, ideally outdoors your bed room.

4. Avoid smoking
