« on: September 20, 2016, 09:11:52 PM »

Have you recently been let down by your most trusted facial cleanser? or maybe the ones you have gotten from the store next door doesn't suit your skin. Maybe this isn't the first, second, nor third facial cleanser you've used, all of them don't seem to give you the desired effect. Don't give up on searching for the best because mother nature has the right answer. One thing is, you do not need fancy, pricy products for smoother, brighter skin; instead try these natural face cleanser recipes.

1. Olive oil.

Olive oil is a great natural moisturizer for dry skin. It contains antioxidants and good fat which may help reduce free radicals, thus, relieving you of irritated or sunburnt skin. To make use of olive oil face cleanser all you need is olive oil, vinegar and a cup of water. Mix 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of vinegar with 1/4 cup of water and apply mixture before going to bed. This will help lighten dark spots, kill bacteria, and make your skin smooth and clear.

2. Yogurts.

Yogurt is rich in protein and lactic acid, making it a perfect natural face cleanser. Lactic acid and protein found in yogurt work together to help detoxify the skin. Applying lactic acid regularly to your skin encourages it to get rid of the d*ad cells through exfoliation, protein on the other hand helps tighten pores, and hydrate the skin, thus reducing your tendency of having facial wrinkles. By gently massaging a thin layer of plain yogurt into your skin, will help loosen any dirt or makeup. After applying, leave for few minutes before washing off with warm water and towel.

3. Coconut oil.

Coconut oil helps eliminate any shine that appears at the end of the day without completely stripping your skin of its natural oil. The antimicrobial properties of coconut oil helps eliminate moisture lost through your skin pores, leaving your skin healthy and smooth. Gently apply a little amount of coconut oil onto your face for 30 seconds, apply a warm towel onto your skin for about 15-30 seconds to help open up the pores and then wipe off the oil with clean washcloth.

4. Oats.

Oats can be used as a cleanser or as a scrubber. Both ways will provide benefits to your skin. To make use of oats, soak oat powder in lukewarm water and apply onto your skin. Leave for 20-30 minutes and then wash off with cold water. This will make your skin baby soft and moisturize it naturally. Cucumber juice and yogurts can also be added for better results.

5. Tomatoes.

Tomatoes is a great cleanser as it contains antioxidants which helps eliminate bacterial and keep the face sot and supple. The antioxidant(lycopene) found in tomatoes, when consumed, also helps fight wrinkles. Tomatoes also contain vitamins A, C, K, which are good nutrients for your skin. Crush some fresh tomatoes and mix with lime juice or plain yogurt. Use a cotton ball to apply this mixture, massaging it upon your skin in circular motion. Leave for 15 minutes and then wash off with cool water. This will help shrink open pores, thus tightening your skin and eliminating fine lines.
