I was told by google that I should make my forum to provide  user experience through navigation and organization. Please I need this adsense urgently. What can I do.

Firstly imagine your self being a new user visiting your forum, what do you think?
1)The site looks clumsy
2)I can't seem to find a privacy policy page.
3) Google robot couldn't find a way to access all your sites content
4)Make sure there is a link to all your main contents.

Okay bro, I'm a novice in this. That is why I need a expert like you to help. Please help me to beautify my forum and make it up to standard.

I have been trying to add the privacy policy, about page and contact form. All my effort has been abortive bcos of lack of experince. Pls come to my aid. Godbless you bro
