John Allen, 44, a British lawyer, his Dutch wife, a primary school teacher, Sandra Allen, and their three sons, Chris (right), Ian (left), and Julian (down) were all killed when pro-Russian rebels shot down the Malaysian passenger plane on Thursday July 17th.
