Scientist has dicovered that  daily intake of fruits and vegetables at list 2 to 3 times daily could reduce death.
 Researchers discovery led to a 42 percent lower risk of death during the study period, a 25 percent reduction in deaths from cancer and a 31 percent dip in deaths from heart disease and stroke.

So what are you waiting for?
Go get some fruits now, Orange, Mango, Vegetable, Anyone and remain Healthy ;).
