Most of us like taing selfies, we sometimes wish we could smile brightly in them. Sometimes, people envy or smile, soemtimes, we envy those of others but the point is we have been hiding our teeth all this while. Hide them no more! freely express yourself anywhere you find yourself by following this natural steps.1. Eat fiber rich foods
A good teeth whitening method is to eat foods with fiber such as vegetables and fruits that will clean your teeth naturally. Vegetables that will give you good results include carrots, cucumbers and broccoli.
Eat them raw, but chew them well; this gives the vegetables time to have an effect on your teeth. As you're chewing, keep moving the food to different areas of your mouth so you can scrub as many teeth as possible. 2. Baking soda and lemon juice paste
Baking soda isn't a shocker here. Sodium bicarbonate is mildly abrasive; gently scrubbing away surface stains to return teeth to whiter shades. It is also alkaline(the opposite of acidic) so if you have a very acidic mouth or eat food containg much acid regularly, it could help balance the PH of your mouth since acid breaks down the enarmels progresively. So all you need is .Several teaspoon of baking soda .Enough lemon juice or water to form a paste and .A toothbrush.
Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice(or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off them with a clean towel. Put a good amounth of paste onto your toothbrush and apply leaving the paste for 1 minute, rinse so as to avoid the acid effecting your enamel. if you are using just water, leave for 3(three) minutes. 3. Coconut oil rinse
I know this might sound a litle bit mad( yeah i thought the same when i first read about it) but rinsing your mouth with coconut oil is a unique, old, remedy that people swear by to help whitening teeth. It doesnt sound like the most pleasant thing to do, but i actually dont mind the taste, and i think it does make a difference in the color of your teeth (i've tried it myself). It wouldn't make a difference by bleaching per say, but lauric acid in coconut can rid your teeth of bacteria found in plaque that makes your teeth yellow and also help promote health gums. So in the morning, before you brush your teeth, scoop out a tablespoon or a little less of coconut oil(depending on the size of your mouth
) and gaggle through for 10-15 minutes, then spit it out and rinse with water, then brush your teeth.
So why not try this steps and build a more confident smile, take your teeth from what they are now to what you want them to be or what they should actually look like. Look out for more tips i would be rolling out in other to not just "live" but be confident and comfortable living.
