1.Exercise - Exercising is important in losing weight.It helps to burn all the not needed calorie.
A study says you need to exercise for 55 minutes 5 days a week to lose weight;therefore, you want to lose weight in 5 days so you will need to exercise every day for 5 days.
Now all you need to do is to burn all the calories....biking, running, working out in the gym...You'd do just fine.
2. Water - Yes!!! Drink water,note water and more water.Water increases your metabolism and it helps with flushing toxins out of your system.
It also adds more energy for you workouts and keep you hydrated.
3. Breakfast - If you want to lose weight then you need to eat a lot of breakfast as this is the most important meal of the day.
Your breakfast should be loaded with proteins.
And eat breakfast as early as possible as that gives you energy for the morning workout.
4. Run from Carbohydrates - lol...yeah....run...carbohydrates are mostly stored as fat in the body as they are not used right away by the body. So the more carbs the fatter you become and less carbs less fat.
That's all you need to do,basically a reduction in your calories...and eat 3 eggs a day...more than 8oz of water
