Fruits are an excellent source of energy and nutrition and diets rich in fruits provide the required nutrients to the body and keep the body well hydrated.

Fruits improve blood circulation, boost the immune system, improve digestive system, gives you a glowing skin, and add shine to the hair thus promoting good health in general.
A fruit diet is the best means of detoxifying the human body and its the safest means for weight loss as it leaves no side effects. So if you are looking for the best and relatively cheep form of weight loss, then you need a diet rich in fruits.

A recent study found that eating five portions of fruits and veggies a day is a great way to live a disease free life. Fruits are natural super foods with immense benefits that helps in weight loss- they are high in fiber, contain natural sugars, and help keep hunger pangs at bay.

Calories rich fruits that are the best for weight loss are:

1. Fruits rich in carbohydrates.

Diets rich in high-carbohydrates fruits such as banana, pear, pineapple, mango, grape, should be eaten for breakfast. This fruits give the required energy to jump start digestion and provide the required amount of sugar after the nights fasting. Taking this fruits on a regular basis, accompanied with dry fruits such as dates and almonds can help you in loosing weight as quickly as possible.

2. Fruits low in carbohydrates. 

Fruits like watermelon, apple, and pawpaw come under this category. These nutritious fruits have high water contents and can help in controlling body temperature, also helps in expelling bad cholesterol from the body. They provide necessary energy for the cardiovascular and nervous system to function at its peek. Low carbohydrates fruits like the ones listed above do not task the body with excess sugar content; instead, diets rich in these fruits aid burning excess fat and weight loss.

3. Leafy greens.

leafy greens like spinach and a few others have several properties that make them perfect for a weight loss diet.
They are low in both calories and carbohydrates but are loaded with fiber.

Eating leafy greens is a great way to increase the volume of your meals without increasing the calories. Numerous studies show that meals and diets with a low energy density make people eat fewer calories overall.

Leafy greens are also incredibly nutritious and very high in all sorts of vitamins, minerals and antioxidant. Leafy greens posses calcium which has been shown to aid fat burning in some studies

4. Cruciferous Vegetables.

Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and carbage are high in fiber and tend to be incredibly fulfilling. What's more, this types of veggies also tend to contain decent amount of protein. They are not as high in protein as animal foods or legumes, but the are high compared to most vegetables. They are also highly nutritious and contain cancer fighting substances.

A combination of protein, fiber, and low energy density makes cruciferous vegetables the perfect foods to include in your meals if you do want to loose weight.

5. Boiled potatoes.

White potatoes seem to have fallen out of favor for some reasons.  However, they have several properties that makes them a perfect food to include in your diet both for weight loss and optimal health.

They contain an incredibly diverse range of nutrients a little bit of almost everything we need. There have even been accounts of people living on nothing but potatoes alone for an extended period of time. They are particularly high in potassium, a nutrient that most people dont get enough of, which plays an important role in blood pressure control.

If you boil the potatoes, allow them to cool for a while, doing so allows them to form large amount of resistant starch, a fiber-like substance that has been shown to have all sorts of health benefits including weight loss. Sweet potatoes, and other root vegetables are also excellent weight loss diets.

You may also include nuts, chili pepper, coconut oil, and whole eggs in your meals as this has been proven to also enhance weight loss. So instead of incurring depts on slim teas and other weight loss products, why not develop a healthy diet accompanied with exercises to give you the best results.
